The Pause

When your mind is running in all directions and your focus is scattered, try this simple tool.

Place your feet flat on the floor, then close your eyes and fall still. Connect with your senses: listen, smell, feel, taste all without comment. Do this for 1 minute. As you practice this exercise, try to extend the amount of time that you sit still. Generally, one finds peace and happiness. Let us know what you discover!
